Support tickets can be rasied either by
email: please use originsupport@tradewindow.io and you will receive an automated notification with your ticket # and the login url to access the support portal
support portal: this is where you are now - please see the ticket link in the information bar that says "New support ticket" and click that to enter you ticket request details. You can also check the sttaus of any existing ticket if you have registered with the portal by clicking on the "Check ticket status" link. Note: to register with the portal please complete the registration process by selecting the "SIGN UP" button at the top right or click
